In this video, we will be showing one of the most common yet powerful features of a digital assistant: authentication. We will be using the Shopify integration to determine who the user is so we can give them a more personalized experience.
Now that the user is authenticated, you can start by allowing them to see the status of their current orders. Here you can change the shipping address, modify your order details or see the price you paid for the product.
Finally, we will be tackling refunds, which continue to be one of the most frequent ticket types to ecommerce business today. Using the same Shopify connection shown in previous videos, we will be updating data in the Shopify store directly from the bot.
